These terms apply when you visit wallahwear.com or buy from Wallah Wear ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy are part of these terms.

1. Orders

Every item is printed or embroidered to order after you buy it. When you place an order you're making an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your currency is selected at checkout. Shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Product colors and sizing

Product photos are digital mockups. Colors can look slightly different on your screen, and print placement can vary by up to about an inch from piece to piece. Please check our size guide before ordering, because made-to-order items can't be returned for the wrong size.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs and where we ship are covered in our Shipping policy. Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund policy.

5. Our designs

All designs, artwork, text, logos and photos on this site belong to Wallah Wear and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the right to wear and enjoy it, not to copy, resell or reproduce the designs.

6. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to hack, scrape, disrupt or use it for anything unlawful. Content on the site is provided for general information and may contain occasional errors, which we'll correct when we find them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
